The story I'll share is of a young woman with a passion for books. She came by with five children in tow. I've met people who love books, but I've never met someone like her. Not only did she support local authors by purchasing at least one book from each of us, the children with her had a great appreciation for books and reading as well. The oldest child with her was twelve and she was allowed to choose which book of mine this woman would purchase.
I was impressed with the woman's passion for books and the example she was setting for the young people with her. They enjoyed the process of talking to the authors and picking out their books as much as she did.
Tomorrow is day two. I have a feeling she'll be back. We'll see.
