I gave this book 5 stars on Goodreads and Amazon. I liked it that much. It's not perfect, but what is in this world? Here's what I said:
This book is a must for horror fans. Not for the squeamish. The story is deliciously (pun intended) bizarre, unique, fast paced, and keeps the reader hooked all the way through. I heard the author speak at the library in Hesperia. He said he wanted to create a sympathetic young killer who did despicable things through no fault of her own, but did them because of her upbringing. He accomplished exactly what he set out to do. I think Martin is going to have a fabulous career as a novelist.
